Makes: 1 cup

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup   Prestige™ Ultra™ Liquid Whole Egg, well shaken 175 mL
2 tbsp   Lemon juice 30 mL
½ tsp   Dry mustard 2 mL
¼ tsp   Salt 1 mL
Pinch   Cayenne pepper
½ cup   Butter, melted 125 mL


DIRECTIONS
1. Combine liquid eggs, juice and seasonings. 
2. Slowly whisk in melted butter.  Whisk in double-boiler until thickened.
