INGREDIENTS
1 lb   Potatoes, cooked and cubed 500 g
½   Red Pepper, diced
1   Green Onion, chopped
1   Celery stalk, chopped
2   Burnbrae Hard-Cooked Eggs, chopped
½ cup   Mayonnaise 125 mL
1 tbsp   Red wine vinegar 15 mL
1 tsp   Sugar 5 mL
  Salt and Pepper, to taste


DIRECTIONS
1. Combine potatoes, red pepper, onion, celery and chopped eggs.
2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. Toss with potato mix.
